There will be Call for Research Papers for two international futures journals with regard to the Futures Conference 2021:

European Journal of Futures Research (EJFR)

The European Journal of Futures Research (EJFR) is a peer-reviewed open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen. The journal provides an international platform for leading and upcoming scholarly work on possible, probable and desirable European and global futures.

The Call for Research Papers is open and limited to the participants of the conference. There is a two-stage submission from abstracts to full research papers.

• 20 May 2021: Deadline for abstract submission
• 15 June 2021: Notification of selected abstracts for manuscripts
• 30 September 2021: Deadline for the Full Research Papers

On the Horizon (OTH)

On the Horizon (OTH) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Emerald Publishing. It is a strategic planning resource for decision makers in the public and private sector and, in particular, education policy makers, administrators, practitioners, and researchers in post-secondary and lifelong learning worldwide. The journal focuses on the increasingly complex intersection of forces that are impinging on education and learning and to which educators, human resource professionals and all committed to human potential must respond.

OTH is hosting a Special Issue for the Futures Conference: “The future of learning: Rethinking learning in societal transformations”. Submission deadline is on 30 September 2021.
