The Conference will be organised fully online on 8-9 June 2021.
Registration fees are now updated below (22 Jan 2021). We will have the registration form available asap.

* Developing countries
The Futures Conference 2021 is offering a reduced registration fee to residents of developing countries. Countries classified as developing countries for this purpose are those whose economies are listed by the World Bank as “Low income”, “Lower Middle Income”, or “Upper Middle Income” in the World Bank list of economies. https://databank.worldbank.org › data › download › site-content › CLASS
Delegates must be residing, working and be employed in a developing country to qualify for the reduced rate. We will also gladly accept registrations at full rates from residents of these countries who have sufficient resources.

** Student fee applies to undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students.

Conference Fee Includes

  •   Keynote lectures and sessions provided online
  •   Virtual conference platform available during and after the event (specific dates available later)
  •   VAT 0%

Invitation Letter

Please note! If you need an invitation letter for visa application, it is a prerequisite that you contact Aboa Congress and Event Services, info@aboaservices.fi, before you make the registration and payment!

Methods of payment

  1. Credit card payment, no transaction fee
  2. Online bank payment, no transaction fee
  3. PDF invoice (payment with bank transfer). A transaction fee of 10 EUR will be added.
  4. E-invoice (Verkkolasku, Finnish organisations and companies only). A transaction fee of 10 EUR will be added.

If  you choose an invoice, please make sure to give a correct invoicing address. An extra invoicing charge of 5 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed.

All payments must be made in euros (EUR).

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to info@aboaservices.fi before 10 May 2021. No fees will be refunded after this date.  A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.

In the event that the meeting is cancelled by the Meeting Organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the Meeting Organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Meeting Organiser shall be limited to that refund.

Data Protection

The organiser has instructed Aboa to handle the practical arrangements for the event, and Aboa therefore serves as the personal data processor and processes the personal data in accordance with the attached data protection statement.

Insurance

Please note that the meeting participants are not covered by any insurance (travel, medical, accident or liability) taken by the Meeting Organisers. The Meeting Organisers cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by any participant or accompanying person or another person during travel to and from the meeting or during the meeting. Participants are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions.
